AV Hire Packages
While every event is unique, often smaller scale events tend to use similar equipment set ups. We have put together some packages below to help you when planning your event, each one can be customised with equipment added and removed but is a good place to start if you don't know what is needed. Alternatively we are available to advise on what is necessary, just get in touch.
Audio Only
Suitable for conferences with up to 140 delegates where the projector, stage and lectern are provided by the venue. You will have a dedicated audio technician for the day.

Suitable for conferences with up to 250 delegates. This package provides everything you need to run a medium conference. You will have a dedicated audio visual technician for the day.
