AV Hire Packages

While every event is unique, often smaller scale events tend to use similar equipment set ups. We have put together some packages below to help you when planning your event, each one can be customised with equipment added and removed but is a good place to start if you don’t know what is needed. Alternatively we are available to talk through your event and advise on what is necessary, just get in touch.

Audio Only

Suitable for conferences with up to 140 delegates where the projector, stage and lectern are provided by the venue. You will have a dedicated audio technician for the day.

Lapel or Headset Microphones – For those who don’t want to be stuck at the lectern while presenting and require their hands free for notes / gesturing. Also useful for fireside chats and some panel discussions.
Production laptop – preloaded with powerpoint, video playback software and kept virus free to ensure the smooth running of your event.
Comfort Monitor – Showing the main presentation, this is a screen at the front of stage angled back to the presenter which enables the presenter to see what is currently on the main screen without constantly turning around, alternativly it can be used to display their notes on the current slide they are talking through.
Top Table / Lectern Microphone – Used on lecterns and for panel discussions where the panel are say down at a table.
HD Seamless Video Switcher – Can be used for multiple reasons – Enables the technicians to switch between video sources such as a presentation laptop, a video and a holding slide. It also allows the technicians to run a backup powerpoint laptop in parallel with the main presentation so that if there are any issues with the main laptop the backup can be seamlessly transitioned to.
Wireless Uplighting – Effective at turning boring hotel conference rooms into more atmospheric places for evening networking and drinks receptions. They can also be used on set to add colour.
